I remember the time when owning a pair of AirPods were the ultimate flex in 2018 2019 era as AirPods were one of the first truly wireless earbuds on the market, and they were seen as a symbol of ‘luxury and sophistication’.

And they are a great product indeed I couldn’t fault the aesthetically pleasing design and immersive sound the AirPods gave.
Then in December 2020, here came the AirPods Max. Immersive sound, elevated, in an over ear headphones design that took the internet by storm once again.
What I particularly like about the AirPods Max when I first saw them, was the sleek aesthetically pleasing design and colour options for the headphones. I already own a blue iPhone case, and blue iPad case, why not complete my collection with a blue pair of headphones?
I even went to the Apple store in Seattle to test our the AirPods Max when it came out, and my thoughts might shock you for $549, I was quite disappointed with the sound quality.
Although it claims to significantly reduce noise through noise cancellation, but I could hear all the conversations next to me at the Apple Store whilst I had the AirPods Max on, with music playing.
It’s safe to say I personally was not impressed, especially at such a high price point.
But regardless of my experience, the Apple AirPods Max is still a hit with tech lovers, and with Apple’s update constantly improving, it’s safe to say their products only get better and better.
And with inflation rising, Apple products will only get more more expensive. 😉
