Hey, you guys want to learn how to make Ozempic in your Luxury Handbag for free? I hate healthcare companies. I hate big pharma. If I can teach you this, it’ll mess them both up.
Keep reading. I’ll show you how to make ozempic at home + what to eat as well below. 👇
What is Ozempic? Ozempic is a GLP-1. GLP-1 means Glucagon. Glucagon is a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels in the body.
So Glucagon is a hormone that helps you lose weight, but what’s the other hormone that helps you gain weight? Insulin.
Insulin is a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels by moving glucose from the bloodstream into cells for energy.
The higher the glucagon, the lower the insulin, you lose weight.
The higher the insulin, the lower the glucagon, you gain weight.
All of the weight loss drugs contain GLP-1. What is that? It’s a glucagon-like peptide. Full disclosure, we’re not making that. We’re just making the G. Glucagon.
How do we do that? The same way you get a tan. Let’s say you want a tan. You go outside. The stimulus of the sunlight on your skin causes your body to produce more mRNA in your skin associated with melanin. Your body then uses this mRNA to make the melanin, and then you have a tan. Unless you’re Irish, in which case you get freckles.
This is how your body responds to environmental stimulus.
Glucagon. What is it again? It is the counter-hormone to insulin, and it is the precursor to ketone production and lipolysis. Meaning, it’s how your body burns body fat.
Alright. So how do you stimulate that? Well, you let your insulin get low so that your body can start producing the mRNA to produce the glucagon. And the more you do this, the better your body gets at producing it. In the same way, the more miles you run, the better your body gets at running miles. Same thing for making hormones. The more often you have to do it, the better your body gets at doing it.

If you’re morbidly obese, that means your body doesn’t really have to make it all that often. Or when it does, it doesn’t make it in large quantities. So we just train your body to make glucagon in large quantities.
How do you do that? You fast. Or you do a ketogenic diet. Both will work. And both of them will train your body over time to produce more glucagon.
What’s the side effect of that? Well, you’ll stop binge eating, and you won’t get hungry anymore. Because as your blood sugar comes down, your body won’t freak out on you thinking that you’re starving to death. Because you don’t usually run on body fat. And your body instead will be like, oh, it’s body fat burning time. Let’s make some glucagon.
Then your body will make a bunch of glucagon, and then you’ll lose a bunch of weight.
But it’s just like getting a tan. You need your body to experience the stimulus in order for you to get the tan. You need your body to experience the stimulus of producing glucagon in order for your body to produce glucagon. And it’s free. It’s free. And it won’t make you nauseous. Instead, it’ll just make you not hungry.
And you know what’s really easy to do when you’re not hungry? Lose weight.
It’s that simple, when you’re not hungry all the time, you eat less, which means you will lose weight guaranteed. Now, you’re probably wondering, how do you make Ozempic at home?
How To Actually Make Ozempic At Home
1. Fast.
So how long should you fast to get your body into ketosis so you start losing weight fast? 2-3 days normally. But if you’re used to eating low carb, just 1-2 days for you.
2. Ketosis
When you’re in ketosis, your body’s like, “No carbs? No problem!” It switches to burning fat for fuel instead of sugar. Your liver breaks down fat into ketones, which become your new energy source. Basically, you’re turning into a fat-burning machine.
3. Keto Diet
When your body is in ketosis, don’t ruin it, you’re about to start losing weight. Therefore, stick to low carb, high fatty foods. Example:
- Eat protein: lean meats like chicken breast, turkey breast, steaks, or fish like salmon.
- Eat eggs, nuts seeds: trust me, they are good, just try them!
- Eat fish before rice: a study was done they found that eating protein before (a lil) carb helped your body burn more fat.
- Eat more fibre: fibre-rich foods help you feel full for longer. Combine protein fibre-rich foods.
Foods That Help You Increase GLP-1 levels (Glucagon, basically Ozempic)
Okay, let’s get down with science with foods that have natural Ozempic (GLP-1) in them. These facts are true and they simply just: work. Just eat these for 1 week. Measure your weight first though.
1. Eggs
Eggs are a rich source of protein and monounsaturated fats, which can play a role in GLP-1 secretion.
One study in the 2016 review compared a bagel breakfast with a meal that contains three eggs. The meal containing eggs was associated with lower post-meal blood glucose levels, reduced feelings of hunger, and decreased food intake over the next 24 hours. Literally, goals!
Here is a free egg recipe that you will love:

So, I tried this and I felt so full after, I even skipped lunch just had a low carb dinner instead. I felt so good after eating this it was so tasty!
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Smoked Salmon (optional)
How To Make:
- Scramble your eggs in the pan (cook it with olive oil, salt and pepper).
- Grill your tomatoes in the pan or in the oven (sprinkle with salt and pepper)
- Cut your avocado open, eat it whole, or slice it, or you can even mash it!
- Combine it all together enjoy! TIP: I would recommend 3 eggs if you want to feel really full till dinner.
2. Nuts
The fiber nuts slows digestion, leading to a gradual release of glucose into the bloodstream and a corresponding increase in GLP-1 secretion.
My favourite type of nuts to eat when on a keto diet are:
- Macadamia nuts
- Pecans
- Brazil nuts
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Avoid: Cashews (too high in carbs!)
Here is my favourite nuts fibre recipe that you will love:

How To Make:
- Start with 3-4 tablespoons of your favourite yogurt (I use Greek Yogurt because it’s high in protein)
- Sprinkle some blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in
- Sprinkle a handful of almonds and walnuts
- Drizzle with raw honey if you like it sweet. And enjoy! (I eat this everyday, FYI)
3. High fiber grains
High fiber grains like oats, barley, and whole wheat may GLP-1 in a few ways, as identified in a 2016 research review. Examples of high fibre grains are:
- Oats
- Quinoa
- Brown rice my fav!
- Buckwheat
- Whole wheat (like whole wheat bread or pasta)
- Rye
I rarely eat these because I stick to protein veg only, however, sometimes I have brown rice or wholewheat pasta when I’m craving Italian. Here is the recipe I always follow for making brown rice (which is delish by the way).

I hope this article has been informative. It took me a while to crack the code as I’ve had to perform these lifestyle diet changes on myself to see results, but to summarise in simple words: GLP-1 is glucagon, the number 1 hormone found in Ozempic. The body produces this naturally. Everyday, try to increase your glucagon levels, and reduce your insulin levels. Your body will thank you because you will look feel so healthy!
