Hi, I’m here to share my story as someone who has struggled with weight problems for most of her life, showing you my before and after using this Ozempic dupe.
It’s wild. Two months ago, I weighed 100 kilograms (220 pounds). I was tired. Overwhelmed. And, honestly? Fed up.
I’d tried everything. Low-carb diets. Running every day. Cutting calories. Nothing worked. My weight didn’t budge. If anything, I’d gain it back. Worse, I’d feel hungrier. Then, one day, I stumbled across something online. It changed everything. It was about a weight loss medication called Wegovy. A kind of Ozempic dupe.
My Before After With Ozempic Dupe: WeGovy
What Is Wegovy?
Wegovy is like Ozempic. Both are GLP-1 medications. GLP-1 stands for glucagon-like peptide-1. It’s a hormone your body makes. It helps regulate blood sugar. And appetite. This is what Wegovy does. It mimics GLP-1. Tricks your body into feeling full longer. Controls cravings. Makes it easier to eat less.

But there’s a difference. Ozempic is usually prescribed for type 2 diabetes. Wegovy, though? It’s specifically approved for weight loss. It’s like Ozempic’s twin, but with weight loss as its main gig. That’s why people call it an Ozempic dupe.

How I Got Wegovy
I’m not gonna lie. It wasn’t easy. I needed a prescription. So, I went to my doctor. I told her everything. My struggles. My weight. My failed diets. She listened. She suggested Wegovy.
First, I was skeptical. I’d heard about side effects. Nausea. Stomach issues. But she reassured me. Said we’d start with a low dose. Let my body adjust. I agreed.
Starting Wegovy
Week one? I started with the lowest dose. It’s an injection. Once a week. I’ll be honest. I was nervous. Needles freak me out. But it’s a tiny pen. Super easy to use. I barely felt it.
That first week, I noticed something. I wasn’t as hungry. Usually, by 3 p.m., I’d be starving. Reaching for chips. Bread. Anything. But on Wegovy? My cravings were gone. I’d eat a small lunch. Feel satisfied. Dinner? I’d eat even less.
By week two, the nausea hit. It wasn’t terrible. Just mild. Like morning sickness. My doctor told me it was normal. Part of adjusting. So, I powered through.
The Weight Started Dropping
By week three? The scale started moving. Slowly. I’d lost 3 pounds. Not much. But it felt like a victory. By the end of month one, I’d lost 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms). I couldn’t believe it. I hadn’t lost this much weight in years.
I was eating less. Naturally. No willpower involved. It’s like my body didn’t want more food. I also had more energy. Instead of crashing mid-afternoon, I’d feel good. Stable. Like my blood sugar wasn’t spiking and dropping anymore.
Month Two: Even Better Results
Month two? Even better. I’d lost another 10 pounds. That’s 20 pounds total (about 9 kilograms). My clothes fit looser. My face looked slimmer. Friends noticed. They asked what I was doing. I told them. “It’s Wegovy, an Ozempic dupe.”
The best part? No binge eating. Before, I’d lose control. A stressful day? Boom. I’d eat an entire pizza. Now? No urge. No cravings. It felt freeing.
My Routine on Wegovy
Here’s what my week looked like:
- Monday: Wegovy injection. No pain. Just a tiny click.
- Breakfast: Greek yogurt with berries. Small portion.
- Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken. Light dressing.
- Dinner: Something simple. Salmon and veggies.
I didn’t snack much. Maybe almonds. Or a piece of dark chocolate. My body just didn’t crave food like before.
Here are the recipes in-depth if you would like to make them. PS, these recipes will make you lose weight whether you’re on Ozempic or not, because they will activate your GLP-1 (the hormone responsible for losing weight in your body).
1. Breakfast: Greek Yogurt With Berries 🍦🫐🍓
How I Made It
- I took 3 tablespoons of 0% fat Greek Yogurt, and put in a small bowl.
- I took a handful of blueberries, raspberries strawberries (washed)
- I drizzled a little bit of honey (but not too much)
- If you want to add extra digestion benefits, add a pinch of cinnamon
- If you want to feel full for longer, sprinkle a bit of walnuts almonds (high in fiber).
2. Lunch: Salad with Grilled Chicken
How I Made It
- First, I cook my chicken breast. This is the best YouTube video that will help you cook it perfectly.
- While my chicken is resting outside of the pan, I start prepping my vegetables.
- I slice cherry tomatoes in half, sliced red onions, sliced red peppers, and sliced avocado.
- Then, I add lettuce leaves. I toss all these vegetables together in a bowl.
- I add a pinch of lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Then I sliced my chicken breast and toss it inside the salad to mix everything together. Enjoy!

3. Dinner: Salmon and Vegetables.
How I Made It
- In a small bowl, I mix the salmon marinade. I take 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt pepper to your preferences, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of butter (but I melt it after). Mix all these spices together.
- Spread the marinade on the salmon, and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220C, then cook your salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- While this cooks, prepare your vegetables. I look to cook broccoli and carrots (grilled in the oven), and serve it together with my salmon. Enjoy!
Wegovy Benefits
Wegovy wasn’t just about weight loss. It was more. Here’s what I noticed:
- Controlled appetite: I didn’t feel hungry all the time.
- Steady energy: No blood sugar crashes.
- Weight loss: 20 pounds in two months.
- Confidence: I felt lighter. Happier.
It also trained me. I learned to eat smaller portions. Make better choices. It’s like my body reset itself.
Side Effects On WeGovy
Okay, it wasn’t all perfect. Here’s the truth:
- Nausea: Mild. Mostly in the first few weeks.
- Fatigue: Some days I felt tired. Not every day.
- Constipation: Drinking more water helped.
These weren’t deal-breakers. Just adjustments. By the second month, they faded. My body adapted.
Is Wegovy Right for You?
If you’re struggling with weight, talk to your doctor. Wegovy might be an option. It’s not magic. You still need to eat well. Move more. But it helps. A lot.
People call it an Ozempic dupe for a reason. It works. It’s effective. And, for me? Life-changing. My before and after speaks for itself.
Final Thoughts
Losing 20 pounds changed me. Not just physically. Mentally. Emotionally. I feel stronger. More confident. Ready to keep going.
If you’re thinking about trying Wegovy or another Ozempic dupe, I’d say this: do it. It’s worth it. Just work with your doctor. Be patient. Trust the process.
This is my story. My before and after. I hope it inspires you. Because if I can do it? So can you.
